Our Admission Process
1- Application
Gama Academy Application is now available online!
You can simply fill the Application by clicking the Application above and we will call you to proceed with your application.
Required documents by Gama Academy include :
1- Two Photos 4x6 of the child
2- Child's Birth Certificate (copy)
3- Both Parent's ID's (copy)
By filling the application you agree to Gama Academy's Terms & Conditions.
2- Evaluation
Upon filling the application the kid will undergo an evaluation test to determine the most suitable level for him/her.
The evaluation test is representative to each starting level requirement.
We choose which test the kid should take based on his age and current grade at school.
The test for Rainbow and Junior 1 consists of simple math problems the child is required to score 70% in order to pass
Pre-Rainbow is a prerequisite for Rainbow the kid is expected to be able to hold a pencil and trace drawings.
It's Favourable for the child to know numbers from 1-10 being able to write them is a bonus
Starting Levels
Your kid will start at any of these 3 levels based on his/her evaluation exam score
Pre-Rainbow
Pre-Rainbow is a preliminary level that prepares the child for our first level Rainbow
- The kid will be able to write numbers from 1-99
- The kid will learn how to handle the abacus and perform mathematical operations on it.
- The kid will be able to learn simple addition and subtraction using the abacus.
- The kid will be able to learn the importance of time management and remove the fear of solving problems.
- By the end of this level the kid will be more confident and ready enter the next level.
Rainbow
- Proficiency in more complex addition and subtraction problems.
- Practices two digit addition and subtraction more than one row.
- Practices the complex addition and subtraction problem without the abacus (mental)
- By the end on this level he/she will be able to solve two digit problems mentally
- Introduction to our Brain Power Program
Junior 1
- Proficiency in more complex addition and subtraction problems using formulas.
- Practices two digit addition and subtraction more than two rows.
- Practices the complex addition and subtraction problem without the abacus (mental)
- By the end on this level he/she will be able to solve two digit problems mentally
- Proceeds with a more advanced Brain Power program

Setting expectations for Gama Academy is essential to ensure parents have a realistic understanding of the program's impact on their children's math skills and brain development.
It's important to communicate that noticeable improvements typically emerge around the midpoint or towards the end of the level.
Parents should understand that this timeframe allows our dedicated educators and curriculum to effectively engage and challenge their young minds, gradually fostering growth in problem-solving abilities and overall cognitive development.
While immediate results may not be apparent, we encourage parents to stay patient and supportive throughout the journey, as these foundational changes will serve as the building blocks for their child's future academic success.
